The kitchen sends it out the way Mamma would.

Pasta rolled in house, San Marzano tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and a wine wall that runs from the counter to the ceiling. It has been a Melrose room for years, and it still cooks like one.

    Pasta, sauces and dolci are prepared in house. The bolognese is pork, veal and sausage; the lasagna is built on meat crêpes.
